Activity and Everyday Tracking
Choose from over 120 exercise and sport modes, review workout records and set personal goals. Track steps, distance, estimated calories burned, heart rate and sleep duration. These tracking features are for general fitness and wellness, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Calls and Notifications
When paired with a compatible phone over Bluetooth, the built-in microphone and speaker support on-wrist calls. See call, text and app notifications without reaching for your phone. A connected compatible phone is required; this is not a standalone cellular watch.

Battery and Charging
The 300 mAh rechargeable battery is supplier-rated for up to seven days of typical use or up to 25 days of basic use, with an estimated 2.5-hour recharge. Actual runtime varies with calls, screen use, tracking settings and other features. A magnetic charging cable is included.
Water-Resistance Limits
The supplier lists an IP67 rating and depicts use around sweat, rain and hand-washing. It explicitly excludes swimming and showering. Do not use this watch for swimming or wear it in the shower.
